Our facility opened in 2018 with a goal of assisting new clients with warehousing and fulfillment services. As we brought in more and more clients, our daily shipments increased significantly which drove down our shipping costs.
Recently we have shifted our focus towards becoming a preeminent KS servicing facility. We also realized that smaller clients needed help with expanding their market reach. To address this, we have added a feature to introduce them to our buyers across the world. This has an added benefit of allowing us to combine product orders among clients which helps to further reduces shipping costs.
We developed our own feature rich 3PL Warehouse Management Software (WMS). This allows us to directly share information to our clients and provides flexibility to serve virtually any specific ordering needs. Ultimately our WMS helps us to provide real world solutions to increase our client’s profitability, and in turn, promote their growth.
Once an order is entered into our WMS, we strive to provide excellent service.
Among our unique services is that we offer labeling specific to sensitive items to help ensure safe transit as well as customized pick and pack solutions for special items. We also take care to make sure any damage claims are entered and processed immediately in the event of any problems with delivered goods. With larger batched orders, we plan them in advance and can even bring in a flex team to ensure a timely delivery to your customers. These are just a few of ways we stand out from our competition.
This channel has specific requirements that we are well versed in completing. Preparing such deliveries is time consuming but our attention to the details results in deliveries that are properly accepted. This in turn leads to more repeat business as the Amazon vendor can turn product over faster.
